  • Referrals to Other Service Providers including our Team 100: If you have a need for any non-legal service including plumbers, landscapers, housekeepers, or others, we offer the option to be referred to a vetted service provider from our Team 100 network. These service providers have been used by us or have provided 3 references and spoken with us one-to-one before earning a place in our Team 100 list. Introductions and referrals are made from this list to our clients by 3-way email. No other information is shared unless specifically authorized by the client verbally or in writing; and
  • As required by law, in a matter of public safety or policy, as needed in connection with the transfer of our business assets (for example, if we are acquired by another firm or if we are liquidated during bankruptcy proceedings), or if we believe in good faith that sharing the data is necessary to protect our rights or property.
